STEP 1

Initial Site

Visit

 We will personally inspect your properties, and make sure they are ready to rent. If not, don't worry. We can facilitate any repairs that need to be made at our below-market maintenance and repair rates. Then, we will construct an annual budget suggestion, and offer a leasing and management plan.

STEP 2

Cost

This part is easy! All of our clients enjoy one flat rate per month. No tenant placement fees, no set up fees, no doc prep fees, or any other kind of fees. And, we are among the lowest rates for comparable service. We think finding tenants is part of the job. It seems wrong to charge more for it.

STEP 3

Initiation

All leasing functions are included in your fee. Advertising, lease admin., rent collection, annual budgets, tax payments, maintenance facilitation, and eviction facilitation when needed. Everything can be monitored online in real time, too! Be involved to the level of your comfort, and check in when you want to.

Step 4

Reporting

Choose your reporting frequency, your payment frequency, and then worry about other things because we have this handled. Best of all, with our real time reporting you can check on your properties status 24/7, and watch our maintenance crew in real time.
